For Heaven’s Sake

Dreamy indie pop-rock instrumental. Jangly guitars, motorik drums and tons of reverb. Blissed-out, sun-soaked and heartfelt, perfect for an indie film scene, a summer road trip, or an advert channelling youthful abandon.

Felo de Se (Suite)

Electronic beat-driven track. Tension-building repetitive bell-like synth rings out, dramatic intro before it opens up with trap beats and a synth-vocal humming. Tense at first then more laid back but still with a dark urban undertone, would suit a dramatic episode finale on TV or an advert for streetwear.

‘No Bells’ version is darker and edgier, suitable for a heavier story onscreen or for background music for short docs.

1 min and 30 second ad length versions available.

Fireflies

Uplifting orchestral track. Warm orchestral strings and sparkling percussion with added harp, drums and choral vocals. A merry dance with a festive feel, somehow Christmassy although imbued with golden sunshine. Delicate, bright and brimming with hope, would suit an advert for an exciting, magical event or a warm and hopeful TV/Film moment.

Fight Mode

Tense, beat-driven loopable electronic texture. Dark breakbeat and bass synths. Tense, dark and urban, like the soundtrack to a computer game where we navigate dark, dangerous city streets after dark, dodging bad guys along the way.

Reconaissance

Pulsating synth soundscape, suitable for continuous looping. Darting synths and fast-paced echoing beats. High-tension, dark and anxiety-inducing, would suit a tense action-movie moment when our protagonist stalks his enemies in a risky re-con mission.

Positive No Matter What

Repetitive arpeggio on the left hand with a wistful, romantic yet melancholy melody above. European, emotive and serious, but with a hint of sunshine and hope, suitable for a rainy TV/Film sequence or a cautionary advert.

Semi-invented Crime

A free jazz build on piano, drums and orchestral strings. Shifting sustained orchestral strings growing increasingly mysterious, jazz double bass and bongos. Jazz drums introduced, snatches of solo melody on violin. Taken down a notch by a cool drum solo before a violin and piano take solos accompanied by shuffling drums and energetic bongos in an improvised free jazz homage. Ambient at first, then searching, mysterious and intriguing and intense and finally reckless and daring, suitable for TV/Film tension-building or for a thrilling moment of release.

Piano and Cello

Sombre piano and cello track with subtle sound effects. Crackling record player static and cello sound effects underlie minor piano arpeggios and sustained, emotive cello. Thoughtful, melancholy and yearning, imagine a desolate TV/Film sequence set on a grey, rainy street in a European city in the aftermath of a devastating event.

The Wall Pt 1 & 2

Atmospheric piano track with mechanical sound effects. Clunking and whirring background sound effects, like the inner workings of a pocket watch and the tapping of typewriter keys, underpin slow piano chords and lyrical orchestral strings, growing in emotional intensity throughout with added strings and more melodic, powerful piano. Introspective, pensive and nostalgic, would suit a TV/Film sequence set in 19th century Paris, or a scene evoking the mechanical workings of a dark, lonely city.

Pt 2 features sparse piano as well as harp and pizzicato violin strings.

Alegre

Bouncy piano and brass track. Two distinct moods in one piece. Slow, atmospheric piano section begins, before taking us on a rollicking ride on a gypsy caravan, bursting into playful oom-pah-pah piano, trumpet and double bass section with humorous vocal ‘hups’ and ‘moos’. A drum break, then piano solo with hyperactive ascending piano trills and a brass accompaniment. Ends on the thoughtful, wistful slow section once again. Pensive at first then jolly, brash and fun, would suit an advert with a distinct change in mood, from sophisticated European philosophising to a crazy Balkan farm party where the goat is driving a tractor into a barn full of chickens and trumpets.
