Solo jazz piano. Erratic, playful opening chords, a dramatic section exploring the range of the piano and deep, stomping chords before an East African-style jazz solo. Moves to GymnopĂ©die-like lyrical beauty before a dynamic minimalist section. Alternates fluidly between these varying styles, creating a multi-hued collage of moods. Surprising, playful, dramatic and sophisticated, would suit an old-style silent film or a confusing onscreen tug ‘o’ war of emotions.

Build in intensity throughout with glassy flickers and a bottomless ocean of shimmering synths. Contemplative, enveloping and hypnotising, a bed of sound perfect for under an eye-opening nature documentary or a tense, atmospheric TV/Doc moment.

Smooth electronica. Cold synth chords with heavy delay, bubbling bass synth notes, 90s trip hop-style drums, glitchy beats, fuzzy electronics and icy synths. Steady groove throughout. New section to finish: effects-laden piano and spacey synths take over. Fade out. Laid-back, cool, calm and detached, perfect for a TV Documentary in a clinical setting…Nurses on Call, Daredevil Doctors, or a smooth corporate video.

A gentle atmospheric electronic track. Bassy opening, joined by warm melodic sequence on synth. Deeper synth sounds and added beats build up the track. Chilled and gently-shifting, this Drive-style track is perfect for a moody TV/Film sequence, neon lights at night, like shooting stars as our character drives by. There is hope somewhere out there in the starry sky, or maybe in the brightly lit city.

Vocal version features smooth and soulful male vocals.

Muted beats joined by warm hopeful synth, clap beats and more synth add depth and anticipation to this soft techno track. A funky African-style percussive track with synth and vocal samples. Bongo percussion kicks off with some playful whistle samples. Synth sequence underneath surfaces as another percussion line and female vocal sample and bass are added to the build. A break, steel drum plays a simple melodic motif, then all in with added funk guitar. A steady groove reigns supreme on this track. Determined, Proud, Positive and Joyous. Suitable for a action-packed build up on a tv clip or ad, or for sports coverage, suggesting a sense of unity, pride, team spirit and determination.

Uplifting acoustic guitar instrumental. Fast-paced strummed acoustic guitar riff. Drums and additional guitar lines added, sounding like light humming, building a sense of anticipation and joy. Hand claps, bass guitar and extra percussion add depth. Ends of quietly triumphant cymbal crash. A sad short piece. Pensive harp is joined by pizzicato strings, then by soft flute and horn to end on an unhappy note. These instruments would normally be perfect for a jolly cartoon piece, but not today, today the cartoon is sick, and the others look on in fretful concern. They wish for a time when things were better.
