Bouncy electronic track with vocal samples. ‘ID please’ vocal sample, male vocal harmony sample, 90s R ‘n’ B vibes, bouncy synth, 90s West Coast hip hop-style samples and the sound of a creaking bed…Sexy, breezy and summery, like Boyz II Men over an 80s synth, a 90s throwback perfect for sun-soaked adverts or TV scenes.

Vice
Imagine Beverly Hill’s Cop mixed with a bit of “It was acceptable in the 80s” and this is what you get. Unashamedly bold drums joined by rhythmic synth stabs and bass, then for me it really comes into it’s own around one minute in, when you realise that with the introduction of electric guitar that we are actually pretty funky up in here. Elements of fast cut establishing sequences, 80s montage scenes, dance scenes, retro stuff, and some sort of comedy scene where everyone is running around a big house without everyone knowing.
Connected
High-energy electronic mish-mash. Fun beats and a whistling melody intro followed by chiming, interweaving synths and 90s rave beats. Male vocal samples add another layer of playful intrigue. Hyperactive, bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, perfect for a kids TV show or a colourful, bonkers advert for a bizarre new kids toy or video game that adults do not understand.
African Chill
A nice chunk of traditional African vibes, with arrhythmical counter-rhythms, shakers, xylophone and flute, a perfect ad-length tune for family occasions, exotic products, for some reason I’m imagining an oxo advert. There is an anticipation of togetherness and community, and feelings of positivity, lightness, culture and celebration.
Royal Oak
Atmospheric slide and acoustic guitar track. Slow beginning with slide guitar joined by fast broken chords on acoustic guitar building tension with guitar sound affects. A melodic motif on acoustic guitar builds up, joined by slide for the ending. Tense, sombre and dramatic, anticipation builds throughout, like the lead-up to a duel in a Western movie. Perfect for a documentary or Film/TV sequence. You can almost hear the crunch of gravel underfoot and the glint of desert sun on spurs.
Listen to the Dialogue While I Do My Thing
Atmospheric synth instrumental. Layers of echoing synth. Fat, warm, 80s reverb-laden sound. Sombre orchestral string effect, chiming piano and glacial beats gives a serious, driving feeling. Intriguing, mysterious and strange, Twin Peaks-style ambience crossed with Enya and the Crimewatch theme tune, would suit a dark TV drama or as tension-building background music to an eye-opening documentary.
Felo de Se (Suite)
Electronic beat-driven track. Tension-building repetitive bell-like synth rings out, dramatic intro before it opens up with trap beats and a synth-vocal humming. Tense at first then more laid back but still with a dark urban undertone, would suit a dramatic episode finale on TV or an advert for streetwear.
‘No Bells’ version is darker and edgier, suitable for a heavier story onscreen or for background music for short docs.
1 min and 30 second ad length versions available.
Chasing Bullets
Blistering electronic dance track segment, suitable for looping. Drum ‘n’ bass beats, laser synths and an electronic pulse dart frenetically over a dystopian soundscape. Tense, threatening and fast-paced, perfect as a textural soundscape for a dark action movie chase scene as our troubled Jason Bourne-like hero narrowly outsmarts the baddies.
Old But Young At Heart
Feel-good piano, guitar and vocal track. Easy-going acoustic guitar and a groovy piano melody to start with jazzy finger snaps, tambourine and playful Hammond organ. Kids simple vocal scat enters, giving a Sesame Street vibe. Happy, content, bright and hopeful, a fun, laid-back ditty for quirky adverts with cute puppies, or as a kids TV theme tune.
60 sec, 30 sec and 15 sec ad length versions available.
Positive No Matter What
Repetitive arpeggio on the left hand with a wistful, romantic yet melancholy melody above. European, emotive and serious, but with a hint of sunshine and hope, suitable for a rainy TV/Film sequence or a cautionary advert.
