Gentle pastoral orchestral string track with soothing male vocals. Slow, atmospheric intro of harp and percussion establishes a hypnotic plod before male ‘Aaahs’ softly wash over the instrumental bed. Subtle sustained woodwind added, along with sparkling percussion and orchestral strings, tambourine and flute. Calm, peaceful with a hint of excited anticipation. Melancholy solo piano track. Thoughtful, yearning piano melody over simple, repeated two-note patterns on piano. Grows in volume and intensity with lower register piano accompaniment and added interest with Bach-like modulation. Slow, solemn and restrained, a desolate piece, perfect for a quiet onscreen tragedy or a rain-sodden, lonely, rural scene of sparse neglect.

Female rhythmic but tonal vocals guide us in a dreamlike way, reminiscent of the orb “It’s a Fine Day” – Halycon Remix which we totally recommend. Sweet vox combined with sampled music box chimes and deep synth pads create a retro theme but with an ultra modern, clean and emotional twist. Suitable for high class sequences, fashion, technology showcases, anything that is future facing with feeling.

Light synth banger. Punchy, sparse synth chords introduce a 90s synth line with glassy synths washes creating atmosphere. Brash synth chords over a variation on the melodic riff with a throbbing kick drum beat beneath. A new layer of high register synth line takes things up a notch, shuffling beats add a dance flavour. More variations on the melody, drums kick in again, then an abrupt stop. Positive, hopeful and determined, driving beats to suit a reality TV challenge or slightly cheesy advert for a modern product.

Thoughtful piano and orchestral strings. Sparse piano chords mingle with the ebbing and flowing of sustained emotional string parts. Growing on intensity toward a powerfully emotional finish. Dark synth track. Mid-tempo distorted synth pulse to start. Dreamy synth washes over the track, added fragments of soft synth melody with fuzzy synth tendrils curling up through the unrelenting, motorik beat. Machines meet nature. Full of suspense and anticipation but with a hint of excitement, a shocking surprise could be just around the corner. Suitable for a tense scene, or as sombre, atmospheric music for a cutting edge documentary.
