Spacey drone soundscape. Electronic drone like a radiophonic sound experiment builds to include brass and orchestral instruments, suddenly situating us in outer space. Shifting chords give a note of hope and positivity, pizzicato orchestral strings tip-toe on the floating drone bed. Strings reach a minor chord, a hint of danger before a quiet resolution. Meditative, floaty and dreamy, a calm and peaceful journey through the quiet of space with hints of tension, perfect for a documentary about celestial bodies or a human drama on the big screen.

Fly Paper
Experimental pop with vocals. Breathy, reverb-laden vocals over Dirty Projectors-style noodling electric guitar, unpredictable rhythms and rattling percussion. Sparse, washed out electric guitar chords replace vocals over jerky percussion. Repeats. Thoughtful, dreamy and romantic, perfect for a reflective indie film scene or nostalgic TV drama outro.
It’s Just What I Think
Nostalgic soundtrack to kids playtime. Naive intro on warm, retro keys. Joined by sound effects, tinkling cans and crunching paper. Vocal ‘Ooohs’ enter with uplifting drums, interrupted by spoken word samples. A steady drum beat, keys and percussive tin can groove settles in, sounding like a microscopic recording of ants in work in the backyard. A new synth-led section brings fantasy, twinkling lights and gurgling sound effects, before a return to the melody with added percussive effects. Innocent, hopeful and nostalgic, suitable for a heartwarming advert looking at families, kids and the joys of childhood.
Instrumental and vocal versions available
The Birds The Birds
Strange pastoral orchestral string and brass instrumental. Atmospheric drones and fleeting effects-laden brass builds in a slow anticipatory swoosh to a quiet string melody with accompanying orchestral strings. Quick repetitive prog synth chords subtle build tension underneath the otherwise sorrowful melody. Dramatic, suspenseful and strange, an exciting build that ends at it’s peak. An unusual instrumental to suit a quirky TV show, psychedelic film soundtrack or mind-expanding documentary.
A Happy Death
Solemn atmospheric piano-led track with orchestral strings. Starts with a string drone that builds in force and dissonance. Single piano and glockenspiel notes tinkle on the edges. This fades out and is replaced by regular melancholy piano chords with ambient percussive rattles and mouse-like squeaks adding a layer of intrigue. Intense and melancholy yet playful, an unusual combination of sounds to suit an off-kilter film or quirky yet sombre advert.
Uncut (Suite)
Slow, foreboding piano track with orchestral strings, percussion and electronic beats. Tense, dark and foreboding, like a wintry evening, driving in the countryside. Grown in intensity as more electronic beats are added. Brooding piano throughout, perfect for an atmospheric TV/Film scene with a hint of hope.
Interludes feature piano only.
Intro and Outros feature piano and electronic beats.
Utopia Theme 10
Extremely tense orchestral string tremolos with horn and clarinet. Choppy, fast-moving string part creates anticipation and introduces sparse phrases of woozy horns and woodwind. Frightening, mysterious and suspenseful, experimental orchestral track to suit a threatening TV/Film scene or creepy documentary.
Voices of the Night
Unsettling electronic track. Random beats and electronic sound effects build a rhythmic base, unusual sound sources used to create percussive, sensory music. Bird sounds and male vocal samples introduced, like a call to prayer over glitchy beats. Strange, unexpected and off-kilter, experimental electronics to suit a curious, Vice-style documentary or quirky advert.
