Spacey drone soundscape. Electronic drone like a radiophonic sound experiment builds to include brass and orchestral instruments, suddenly situating us in outer space. Shifting chords give a note of hope and positivity, pizzicato orchestral strings tip-toe on the floating drone bed. Strings reach a minor chord, a hint of danger before a quiet resolution. Meditative, floaty and dreamy, a calm and peaceful journey through the quiet of space with hints of tension, perfect for a documentary about celestial bodies or a human drama on the big screen.
Bad Evil
Suspenseful orchestral track. Foreboding sustained cello note intro before choppy violins join with a sense of urgency over soaring orchestral violins. Brazen brass blasts a slow salute before a tense and troubled violin shaky violin break. A dark fast-moving sea of choppy violins and clashing notes. The clouds part with a more triumphant section as the initial violin motif returns, seemingly victorious. Sombre, threatening and frightening,perfect action film music, for when the going gets tough and it looks like our heroes will suffer a crushing defeat. Instead, they hold on to power…for now.

Strange pastoral orchestral string and brass instrumental. Atmospheric drones and fleeting effects-laden brass builds in a slow anticipatory swoosh to a quiet string melody with accompanying orchestral strings. Quick repetitive prog synth chords subtle build tension underneath the otherwise sorrowful melody. Dramatic, suspenseful and strange, an exciting build that ends at it’s peak. An unusual instrumental to suit a quirky TV show, psychedelic film soundtrack or mind-expanding documentary.

Strings join on top, followed by triumphant brass, searching and adventurous. Lighter woodwind adds a playful elements, over stomping percussion and strings. Tentative and introspective before a definite drive and determination kicks in. Perfect for ambitious, impassioned, hopeful fantasy film/TV sequences, going to battle to protect the kingdom and defeat the evil invaders.
When I Run
Jazz-pop instrumental. Drum roll, Rhodes piano intro, then a punchy brass riff. Steady drum and keyboard groove before the riff returns. Trumpet solo. Laid back, upbeat and positive, like a slightly cheesy theme tune to a jolly American sitcom.

Instrumental soulful jazz. Theremin effect over woozy brass intro with subtle keyboard chords. Drums and bass guitar enter, brass moves to a more melodic motif. Electric guitar flourishes then electric guitar and vibraphone melody. Change of pace to a more percussive gallop rhythm with horns. Back to bass, floating theremin and lazy brass and a dreamy guitar and brass melody, like bobbing on the ocean. Upbeat, driving rhythmic section on keys, drums and guitar, punchy brass and soulful saxophone build before slowing to a finish. Relaxed, lush, warm and hopeful, would suit a retro Film/TV scene, growing in excitement, tension building, or a romantic moment on screen where tenderness swings to all out love.

Bat Milk
Chilled jazzy reggae track. Slow piano skank and tip-toeing bass guitar intro with surf-style guitar effects and laid back drums. Brass plays a lyrical melody that sounds like a raised eyebrow, joined by subtle sustained keyboard chords. Saxophone takes a solo, accompanied by jazz drums and skanking guitar keeping the relaxed, mid-tempo beat. Back to melody on brass, before a keyboard solo like The Specials’ Ghost Town and a fade out. Classic swinging brass-led jazz track. Piano, shuffling drums, syncopated strummed guitar intro. Brass enters with a fast, energetic melody sounding like When The Saints Go Marching In, or a classic big band standard. Upbeat, happy, positive and warm, harking back to the jazz-age, would suit a modern Film/TV scene set in New Orleans, contrasting old and new. Would also suit a fun and friendly advert for a family product.
