Laid back, feel-good country style instrumental. Electric guitar, double bass and shuffling drums dominate this relaxed country plod. Slide guitar adds colour and a warm glow. Light-hearted, relaxed, chilled, happy, warm, positive, fun. This is a colourful, playful country tune. We’re at a beach shack sipping gigantic fruity cocktails, or on a feel-good retro TV show about unlikely buddies, or in a quirky Pixar animation. More Spongebob Squarepants than Willie Nelson.

A cheerful cat-and-mouse game featuring orchestral violins and marimba. Pizzicato violins start with a jaunty melodic idea, soon accompanied by rousing timpani. The violins’ melodic sequence moves to a higher register and playful marimba dances around the melody. Marimba develops into a counter melody before the track ends with a bang. Playful, mysterious, fun and light-hearted, it would suit a comedic interlude on a tv documentary, reality TV shows featuring family members or pets up to mischief, or an ad for something unreasonably desirable that the listener would go to humorous lengths to acquire.

Chaotic version features more marimba action.

Quirky brass and percussion instrumental. Jazzy drum intro, catchy melody kicks in on woodwind, underpinned by rollicking drums and playful bass guitar. A short drum break then back to the full melody. Fun, joyful, silly and breezy, a short ad length ditty, would suit a light-hearted commercial featuring cute kids running around with cute dogs unravelling loads of toilet paper. Secret clandestine fun, what are those guys up to, skulking around in the shadows? Repetitive spooky chimes are joined by strings and percussion, and eventually pizzicato strings. The arrangement is dynamic, jumping into action in places, and at other times sparse and anticipatory. Great for subversive sections of film with a bit of fun involved.

Sneaky and playful, with pizzicato strings, brass accents and an alluring theme embodied by woodwinds and violins. Somewhere in between a big orchestra and a folk band, it steadily increases in tempo as it progresses. Great for light and quirky advertising.

Bouncy and playful, with a compelling dialogue between strings and brass instruments that create a feeling of discovery for somewhat young adventurers. Dangerous edge but overall positive and playful, Goonies-alike with an added feeling of grandioseness given by a strong orchestral arrangement.
